I purchased a pair almost like those in Kohls. It was about 2 months ago though, so i'm not sure if they would still have them. They also came in prints, but mine were white eyelets.
I saw them at American Eagle a while back but I'm not sure if they are still there. Ebay has white eyelet ballet flats though.
