i am in ballet and have done it for about 4 years and jsut started again.. i really want to do pointe as soon as i can and i wanna be ready for it so are there any exercises i can do to help get more strength and more flexible feet ( plus a good arch)

do a lot of plies and releves to stretch you calves. Wear your pointe shoes around the house to break them in...

jsut keep practicing everything you do in class you really can't speed up going to ponite you don't want to start to early because you can hurt yourself if you aren't ready
tendu's are really great for strengthening and improving flexible feet but make sure you point your feet until you get cramps in them. that should do it!
do some exercises like going up on demi- point and bending over. also, go to some point classes and take the class on flat. u do that 4 a while, and u will become very strong and when u get on pointe, u will b very good already! hope i helped!
