im starting ballet seriously this year. im studying the vaganova method . is that the style that would get you in to SAB ?

SAB does the Balanchine style of ballet. But it's not the style that would get you in, it would be your body type and whether you are at the skill level that is appropriate for your age. SAB is very strict about body types and what they deem to be acceptable.
