how intese are they and how can i get my body ready for it ...i will be doing ballet for 6 hrs a day 5 days a week do i was just wondering

They truly vary. There's a company near me that starts allowing all comers at about 6 years old. My company was more of a professional type. I'm betting if you'll be dancing for 30 hours a week, you'll be entering into a rather intense group. Just be careful to watch yourself. Eat healthy (EAT!). Work out (crunches, pushups, some weight-training, etc). Make sure you're getting enough sleep and drinking enough water. Most importantly, trust in yourself.

there tough but if you realy love dance then there great. but all companies vary so i couldnt tell you unless i know which one
